Duncan Cotterill partner Brian Nathan has extensive arbitration experience. He is an associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Association of New Zealand. Brian’s employment law practice has principally been for employers, providing advice relating to restructures and redundancies, disciplinary issues, employment agreements, personal grievances, restraints of trade, confidential information, health and safety, Holidays Act issues and privacy issues.
