Pic’s Peanut Butter won the 2015 Westpac Supreme Business Award, EDA Large Business Award and Chamber Innovation Award. Pic’s was also a finalist in the Nelson Pine Industries Service Excellence Award.
Nelson Tree Specialists won two awards: NZME SME Award and Nelson Forests Investing in People and Skills Award.
Hop Federation Brewery received the Nelson Mail Start Up Award and was a finalist in Nelson Forests Investing in People and Skills Award.
Ursula Hair Design won the Nelson Pine Industries Service Excellence Award and was a finalist in the NZME SME Award and in the Nelson Forests Investing in People and Skills Award.

More than 300 guests attended the premier awards evening at the Rutherford Hotel and were entertained by MC Duncan Garner, Epic Entertainment aerialists who performed on hoops suspended from the ceiling and Nelson band Django Schmango.
Chamber of Commerce chief executive Dot Kettle said the awards had once again highlighted the diverse range of businesses and depth of business talent in the region.
“It’s a pretty tough process to enter the awards and the judges have an incredibly difficult job determining finalists and winners. Special tribute was made to Robyn Reid who has been a judge for many years and 2015 is her final year judging the awards.
